Shipping:
We truly are a mom and pop business.  We generally ship once a week towards the end of the week.  If it is a birthday or emergency, we can make special arrangements. We love to combine, but if you win more than one item, wait for us to pack and weigh your total order and invoice you for that total.
Domestic Shipping:
We use USPS unless there is some kind of specific issue such as size. Fed-Ex also used for more expensive items.
International Shipping:
We use USPS, therefore International shipping usually takes at least 10-14 days for your item to be delivered.
If more than this time has passed, check at your local post office in person - often these days packages are held for pickup and consumers are not notified - or your shipment may be held up in customs.
Insurance is required on international purchases to ensure your item gets to you safely.
