    This 10-1/4" Plate features a Spectra Black pattern -- glossy black throughout with a rolled edge.  Buffalo China was made in the USA in Buffalo, NY until 2004.  This is restaurant/commercial  quality, made to withstand continuous usage in a high volume restaurant environment.  These plates are new - never used, but are a discontinued pattern, and were manufactured in the 1990's.  These are leftover pieces from when we used to stock this pattern.
