Description
This is an antique druggist bottle likely dating between the 1920s and 1930s. The clear medicine bottle is embossed "3iii" with graduated markings on the sides to mark fluid ounces. The bottle is marked "K -2" on the bottom. Per the website below, the bottle was probably made by Owens Glass. My father, an avid bottle digger, found the vintage apothecary bottle more than 40 years ago in the ruins of an old home in Virginia. The old medicine bottle is in wonderful condition, free from breaks or cracks. Clarity is very nice for an almost 100 year old cork-topped bottle. (Cork is missing.) the bottle measures about 7" x 2.75" x 1.5".https://sha.org/bottle/medicinal.htm#Other%20Druggist%20Shapes
