16MM COLOR SOUND HAPPY THE HEALTHY BIZARRE SHORT ON COW OVER THE MOON FILM

See description below. Nice clean piece with good picture and sound. Film has been in storage since the 1960's. No vinegar. Good title and END. Film is approximately 400' mounted on vintage 7" METAL reel.
DESCRIPTION OF THIS PIECE: Good titles and END. NICE COLOR.
There is NO easy way to describe this 1954 piece produced by the Dairy Council. Live woman starts to read, then there is a puppet dressed like a wizard playing piano and singing. In close shots, the puppet is real person dressed the same. He sings about the cow jumping over the moon and how everybody misses him. Puppet old woman in shoe, frog, star and others chime in and also sing. ODDEST short I've seen in years.
Minor flaws noticed: Couple of minor splices jumps. Should be easy repair. We do not attempt to "fix" the films we sell.
